Rewrite the Story: Changing Your Mind to Change Your Life with Danielle Bertoli: This two-hour interactive workshop on 11/01/26 from 1:30pm–3:30pm in the 2nd Floor Program Room at the Main Library with Danielle Bertoli explores how daily thoughts influence life outcomes and offers guided journaling, group conversation, self-reflection, opportunities to practice vulnerability, and light meditation. Registration is required; registration opens 10/11/2026 at 6:30pm and closes 11/01/2026 at 1:15pm. The session is inspired in part by the work of Dr. Joe Dispenza.
