Walk and Talk Meet Up with Port Washington Library
Walk and Talk Meet Up with Port Washington Library: Bryant and Port Washington Library staff will lead a walk on the Hempstead Harbor Shoreline Trail, meeting at the trailhead by the small gazebo in the North Hempstead Beach Park parking lot next to the Manhasset Crew Team storage; participants must submit a registration and sign a waiver before meeting and should bring their own water. The trail is 1.92 miles (about 4 miles round trip) with a mix of smooth and wood-chip surfaces, mostly flat with some light hills; rain date is Thursday, October 15th.
