1:30 Chair Yoga
1:30 Chair Yoga: Chair Yoga with certified instructor Beth Lipset meets in the Lapham Meeting Room on 11/12/26 from 1:30pm–2:15pm; classes run from September 10 through December 17. Registration is required, first-come, first-served for Port Washington residents only (registration opens 08/31/2026 at 9:00am and ends 09/10/2026 at 1:30pm); please register for either the 1:30 PM or the 2:30 PM class, not both; EXERCISE WAIVER required; sponsored by the Health Advisory Council.
