1:30pm Chair Yoga (West End & Zoom): Take a moment to stretch, breathe, and reset at the West End Branch in a beginner-friendly Chair Yoga class led by instructor Randy Kinsley. Registration is required and a Long Beach Public Library card is required to register; registration starts 11/25/2026 @ 6:30pm and ends 12/02/2026 @ 12:45pm.
