2:45pm Chair Yoga (West End & Zoom): Beginner-friendly Chair Yoga at the West End Branch taught by Randy Kinsley, who has practiced yoga since 1981, holds college credit in yoga and meditation, has taught with City of Long Beach Parks and Recreation, and is affiliated with Yoga Flight School, Moves Method Program and ExpertRating Yoga. Registration is required and opens 11/04/2026 @ 6:30pm and closes 11/11/2026 @ 2:30pm; cancel registration online or by calling the Library if you cannot attend.
