Meet Yourself Here: Somatic Yoga: All-levels somatic yoga in the Main Library Auditorium on 12/17/26 from 11:30am–12:30pm that uses gentle movement, mindful breath, and stillness to help participants notice and honor what their bodies need; led by Nicole, a 500-hour certified instructor. Registration is required (registration opens 11/26/2026 at 6:30pm and closes 12/17/2026 at 11:15am); participants agree to indemnify the Library and the instructor as stated in the event terms.
