Schoolhouse CHESS! [For beginners] (CR)
Schoolhouse CHESS! [For beginners] (CR): For students in grades 1–5 with little or no chess experience, this beginner program teaches chess through characters and stories using a step-by-step curriculum that starts with the basic rules and progresses to strategies and tactics. Each registered child will receive a magnetic chess set; registration is required once to enroll in all sessions in November & December and must be completed separately for each child so supplies and space can be ensured.
