2:45pm Chair Yoga (West End & Zoom): Take a moment to stretch, breathe, and reset at the West End Branch with a beginner-friendly Chair Yoga class led by college-credited instructor Randy Kinsley, who has practiced yoga since 1981 and teaches for Long Beach Public Library; registration is required and runs from 12/09/2026 @ 6:30pm to 12/16/2026 @ 2:30pm, and if you cannot attend you must cancel online or by calling the Library so waitlisted patrons may attend.
