1:30pm Chair Yoga (West End & Zoom): Take a gentle, beginner-friendly Chair Yoga class led by instructor Randy Kinsley at the West End Branch of the Long Beach Public Library; the session runs 12/09/26 from 1:30pm–2:30pm and is available in person (West End Meeting Space) or via Zoom (Meeting ID: 846 0689 3184). Registration is required, a Long Beach Public Library card is required to register, registration opens 12/02/2026 @ 6:30pm and closes 12/09/2026 @ 12:45pm; if you cannot attend please cancel online or by calling the Library, and participants agree to indemnify the Library and instructor for claims as stated by the Library.
