All-levels somatic yoga featuring gentle movement, mindful breath, and moments of stillness to slow down and reconnect with your body. Registration is required; registration starts 12/24/2026 @ 6:30pm and ends 01/14/2027 @ 11:15am. By participating you agree to indemnify the Library and the instructor from and against any losses, liabilities, claims, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising from any claim made in connection with the negligence or improper conduct of the Program Presenter or its agents or employees. Instructor: Nicole, a 500-hour certified yoga instructor who teaches Yoga on the Beach, Albums & Asanas, Restorative Yoga, and Chair Yoga.
