Meet Yourself Here: Somatic Yoga: 12/03/26 @ 11:30am–12:30pm in the Auditorium, Main Library. All-levels somatic yoga focused on gentle movement, mindful breath, and stillness; participants are asked to register (registration opens 11/12/2026 @ 6:30pm and ends 12/03/2026 @ 11:15am). By participating in any exercise class you agree to indemnify the Library and the instructor from losses, liabilities, claims, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising from any claim connected to the negligence or improper conduct of the Program Presenter or its agents or employees. Taught by Nicole, a 500-hour certified yoga instructor.
