Meet Yourself Here: Somatic Yoga: 01/07/27 @ 11:30am - 01/07/27 @ 12:30pm in the Auditorium, Main Library. All-levels somatic yoga class using gentle movement, mindful breath, and moments of stillness to notice and honor what your body needs. Registration is required; registration starts 12/17/2026 @ 6:30pm and ends 01/07/2027 @ 11:15am. As a participant in any exercise class offered by Long Beach Public Library, you agree to indemnify the Library and the instructor from and against any losses, liabilities, claims, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) which may arise in connection with the negligence or improper conduct of the Program Presenter or its agents or employees. Taught by Nicole, a 500-hour certified yoga instructor who teaches Yoga on the Beach, Albums & Asanas, Restorative Yoga, and Chair Yoga.
