Medicare Drug Plan Assistance: Register for a 30-minute appointment with a Medicare-certified health insurance volunteer counselor to review your current prescription list on the Medicare website and identify possible lower-cost drug plans that cover your medications for 2027. Bring your current drug list (preferably prescription bottles in a bag), your 2026 Medicare drug plan card, and your latest Social Security award letter or 1099 showing your Medicare premiums; appointments are for people with a separate Medicare drug plan (not a Medicare Advantage Plan) and will include instruction on how to enroll in your chosen plan by telephone.
