2:30 Chair Yoga: Chair Yoga with certified instructor Beth Lipset meets in the Lapham Meeting Room on 10/08/26 from 2:30pm–3:15pm; registration is required, first-come, first-served, and limited to Port Washington residents. Registration opens 08/31/2026 at 9:00am and ends 09/10/2026 at 2:30pm; please register for either the 1:30 PM or the 2:30 PM class (not both). Sponsored by the Health Advisory Council; EXERCISE WAIVER required.
