1:30pm Chair Yoga (West End & Zoom): 10/21/26 @ 1:30pm–2:30pm at the West End Meeting Space, West End Branch. Registration required; registration opens 10/14/2026 @ 6:30pm and ends 10/21/2026 @ 12:45pm. A Long Beach Public Library card is required to register. If you cannot attend, cancel your registration online or by calling the Library so waitlisted patrons may attend. Instructor Randy Kinsley, who has practiced yoga since 1981 and holds college credit in yoga and meditation, will lead a beginner-friendly Chair Yoga class; participants agree to indemnify the Library and the instructor against losses, liabilities, claims, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising from claims connected with the Program Presenter.
